1. Quote Request

From the first contact, you can send us your request via our website, WhatsApp, email, social networks or online form. Simply briefly describe your medical or aesthetic need, attach your recent examinations (analyses, X-rays, MRI, etc.) or photos if possible, and let us know your availability.

2. Request Processing

Once your request is received, our qualified specialist physician will carefully analyze it to determine the feasibility of the treatment and propose the best options to meet your needs. Note that analyses or additional examinations may be requested to complete your file before your arrival in Tunisia, depending on the case and specialty or pathology.

3. Free Quote

After reviewing the medical file, Tunisie Destination Santé will send you a free, personalized quote detailing all the medical care. You will receive a non-binding quote detailing:

The total cost of the treatment (medical procedures, hospitalization, post-operative care)
Details about the doctor and the clinic
The estimated length of stay
Accommodation options

Note that analyses or additional examinations may be requested to complete your file before your arrival in Tunisia, depending on the case and specialty or pathology.

4. Coming to Tunisia

Upon confirmation of the quote and stay dates, TDS will send you the details of your stay with the schedule of your medical appointments, your various examinations… as well as all the instructions to properly prepare your arrival.

For accommodation, we offer several options (hotel, furnished apartment, medical residence) according to your preferences and budget
VIP welcome: upon arrival, you are taken care of by our dedicated coordinator who accompanies you throughout your stay.

5. Medical Treatment

Medical treatment takes place according to the pathology in renowned doctors’ offices, partner clinics with international standards and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities.

Your medical or surgical procedure will be performed in a partner clinic with international standards, according to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Depending on the type of treatment, you may be hospitalized and will benefit from comfortable individual rooms, 24/24 medical assistance and personalized nursing care.

After the intervention, our team will ensure that you receive rigorous medical follow-up with the practitioner, home nursing care if necessary, and will give you all the instructions for a good convalescence.

6. Care and Assistance

Throughout your stay and even after your return home, you benefit from personalized follow-up and complete assistance. Our team will take care of scheduling all your appointments, ensuring coordination between doctors and clinics. We will also take care of purchasing your medications and will ensure that your specific needs are met.

After your return, we will remain in regular contact with you and your doctor by phone or email to ensure your good health and prompt recovery.
