Bella Hadid: Before and After Cosmetic Surgery

Bella Hadid Before Surgery: Denying Rhinoplasty Rumors

Born Isabella Khair Hadid on October 9, 1996, in Los Angeles, Bella Hadid is one of the most sought-after models of the moment. She and her sister Gigi grace runways and magazine covers, star in advertising campaigns, and are true social media stars.

Beautiful, very wealthy, very famous. But also fragile and insecure since childhood. Bella Hadid opened up to Vogue USA in a candid interview about her self-esteem issues and her relationship with cosmetic surgery.

During her adolescence (spent in a dream mansion in Malibu with her mother Yolanda Hadid and her husband at the time, composer David Foster), Bella Hadid suffered from a real inferiority complex compared to her older sister. She felt like the ugly sister. She was the brunette. She wasn't as cool as Gigi, and certainly not as extroverted. She kept hearing these phrases, internalized them, and started to believe and suffer greatly from them. A few months ago, followers were moved when the top model posted a video on her Instagram page in which she said she suffered from depression and "cried almost every day." She added: "Social media isn't real. For everyone struggling, remember that. Sometimes, all you need to hear is that you're not alone."

Nose Aesthetics: Full of complexes about her appearance, at 14 she begged her parents to let her have a nose job. Nothing unusual in Beverly Hills, where young girls are used to receiving cosmetic surgery sessions as birthday gifts from their parents. Yet, Bella Hadid says she regrets the operation. She claims that today, she regrets not keeping the nose of her ancestors.

In the interview, the model stated that she always did her best to be impeccable on set, adding that too often the demands of the fashion industry are absolutely exhausting. "How many times have I had to console model friends crying in my arms at 4 a.m., destroyed by rehearsals, fasting for hours, exhausted to the point of trembling?" Today, Bella Hadid has learned some basic survival rules, not only in the fashion world: taking healthy breaks from social media, not always wearing the mask of the strong, impassive girl, and finally, getting help from a good psychologist. Therapy is the best gift you can give yourself!

Bella Hadid: Injections, or Nothing at All?

Unlike Gigi Hadid (who seems quite natural), Bella has repeatedly undergone cosmetic surgery. Photos from her past reveal different features: a longer, more pronounced nose, thin lips, "invisible" cheekbones. The model therefore does not only benefit from remarkable DNA: she has also been helped by the skillful hands of doctors.

According to Star magazine, at the age of 19, she had already had lip fillers and undergone several cosmetic touch-ups. Bella found herself in modeling by accident; she had to give up her lifelong dream of becoming a professional equestrian. She also gave up participating in the Olympic Games due to symptoms of Lyme disease," said her mother Yolanda.

According to rumors, she weighed only 51 kilos and measured 174 centimeters. And she allegedly exhausted her father's credit card for cosmetic surgery operations at a Los Angeles clinic. Indeed, one cannot say that her beauty is entirely natural: her well-proportioned, finely pointed nose is very different from her natural nose with its bump; her full lips are clearly the effect of a few injections. Her cheekbones are now prominent, her brow line lifted to emphasize her gaze.

There seems to be no official confirmation from Isabella, more often known as Bella, but the before-and-after photos speak for themselves. Comparing the impeccable red carpet shots and photos from a few years ago, the differences are quite numerous, starting with the nose, which has undergone a real metamorphosis. Before, it was long and slightly bumpy at the back, while today it is perfectly proportioned and fine. The difference with the lips is also abysmal: if they were previously thin and poorly defined, especially the top one, they are now full and precise; thanks to a few small touch-ups here and there that corrected the volumes.

But it's not just the lips and nose that have changed: according to several British magazines, it seems that Bella had a lift with fillers and Botox, to the point of completely transforming her face thanks to her father Mohamed's credit card. Indeed, comparing the photos, one has the impression that the face is thinner and leaner, while the cheekbones are more prominent. Not to mention the eyes, which seem to have acquired a new radiance thanks, probably, to a lift above the brow line that has made the mobile eyelid more visible.

The question arises as to why this choice was made, but the answer is not difficult to find: when you have an older sister like Gigi, it's normal for there to be comparisons and parallels. And it seems that self-confidence was not Bella's strong point: the young woman started by changing her hair color to brown to distance herself from the look too similar to that of her sister, but the new hair color did not seem to improve her self-confidence, which surgery seems to have done instead.
